THE SNOW QUEEN
This year's Christmas show is a retelling of the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale about good and evil - the enchanting story of a young girl’s quest to find her best friend and free him from the icy spell that’s been cast on him by the Snow Queen.
The story pays more than a little homage to Frozen and is packed full of music, song, dance and suspense!

FAQs
Q. What time do doors open?
A. 7pm for evening performances, 1.30pm for matinees.
Q. What time will the show finish?
A. We always aim for a total run time (including the interval) of under 2.5 hours, so evenings should finish by 10pm and matinees by 4.30pm.
Q. Is seating allocated?
A. No – first come, first choice of seats! However, if you have specific requirements because of a disability, please get in touch so we can reserve suitable seating for you.
Q. Is there a ‘family ticket’ option?
A. No, just single adult and u-18 tickets. Children under two years of age can come to matinees free of charge but will not have their own seat.
Q. Can I exchange or return tickets?
A. Tickets may be exchanged for another night (availability permitting) if booked in error, and we can issue a refund if you are unable to make the show. Note that there may be a delay before someone is able to respond, so please check before completing your purchase that you have selected the correct performance!
